I BREED I THE RARE GOLDEN CHINCHILLA PERSIAN.
Hi, my name is Faye Bott and I live in Launceston in Tasmania with a wonderful rural outlook.
Most of my time is taken up with my precious animals which I love and are part of our family.
As you can see my one true love is Chinchillas and the rare Golden Chinchilla Persian which I believe are the Rolls Royce of cats.
I purchased my first Chinchilla here in Launceston, back in 1982, and have owned and loved the breed ever since.
In 2005 I purchased my pride and joy, Ashdene Dare to Dream who has been one of my foundation cats. Unfortunately, in late January 2019 he passed away at the ripe old age of 14. He was such a special stud and produced beautiful kittens. I feel very privileged in owing him he gave me many years of joy. He will be forever missed. A Special thanks to Dianne Hayes.
I received my first imported golden boy, all the way from Florida in the USA from Ornamental Persians. To Gretchen, thank you. I’m very proud and honoured to own such a beautiful boy. He is everything I could have asked for and more with a personality to die for, along with the heavy boning. I have retired my golden boy.
